Manager, the Mathews team develops project requirements,

the design phase, establishes initial schedules and budgets,
finalizes trade pricing and final project pricing, and manages
the construction process.
Guaranteed Maximum Price
A
Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) is often used when project
plans and parameters are incomplete. Early on, we guarantee
the cost with a fixed fee before the expense of final design
is incurred. Once design and construction are complete, all
savings that result from design and construction efficiencies
are shared with our client.
Design & Build
The
design/build approach to construction projects has become
popular throughout the U.S., particularly for short project
schedules. Many owners enjoy the ease of contracting with one
