1984, Mathews Construction has performed almost every type of
construction service for Costco Wholesale in several locations
throughout Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and Texas. The
“membership only” retail wholesaler is headquartered in
Issaquah, Washington.
Mathews Construction has built
new facilities and remodeled and expanded existing warehouses
while open to members. The remodeling work included
re-roofing, relighting, adding delis and bakeries and HVAC
upgrades.
The 148,000 - 152,000 square foot Costco
Warehouse projects are run on a demanding schedule, requiring
completion in 110 days from the start of warehouse
