Mathews Construction was selected as the
Construction Manager for the Law Offices of Farr, Farr,
Emerich, Sifrit, Hackett and Carr, PA. Designed by Rowe
Architects in conjunction with Thomas A. Huff Architects Inc.,
this two-story, 21,600 square foot office built in the
historical district of Punta Gorda, Florida, has a reception
area, conference rooms and a kitchen on the first floor and
attorney’s offices on the second floor. The exterior of the
building is brick and glass facing. Mathews provided intense
pre-construction services, particularly in the cost arena with
over 90 VE items presented to the owner. Final budget and
schedule requirements were all met. A strong
working relationship with the design team was critical
to meeting the budget and construction issues
involved.
