The entire public areas and facades of this retail
center in Pinellas County were remodeled and re-constructed
while the stores stayed open. Great care was given to
protection of the shoppers and due to the nature of the work
our schedules had to be flexible and mobile as the needs and
work changed at a rapid pace. Planning with the storeowners
was essential to the on-going work from having a negative
impact on store sales. The project was completed on schedule
and within the established budget.
