Orlando: The 24,000 sf building is constructed of exposed aggregate tilt-up concrete panels.

Brooksville: The 28,000 sf building is a pre-engineered metal building and metal standing seam roof.

Both facilities are constructed for heavy equipment service and maintenance. The concrete slabs are designed for heavy rolling and impact loads. Each building contains a combination of overhead bridge and jib cranes. The Brooksville project included extensive renovations and an addition to the existing sales and service
