The 230,000 SF concrete tilt wall building with 15.5 acres of full site development was constructed in 7 months. This high tech Distribution Center includes a 15,000 SF office and working showroom with a video conference media center. The warehouse contains robotic floor to ceiling racking systems. Other building features are a 6,000 SF control room for storage of flammable and combustible liquids, an ESFR fire sprinkler system, a “white” single ply thermoplastic roof system, (39) 9’ x 10’ loading docks and an 800 KW emergency generator designed to power the entire facility for three days. The facility was developed by ProLogis specifically to suit for Corporate Express.
