Located along the shores of Lake Glenada, the 51,320-square-foot, 2-story facility includes 8 science laboratories, 8 classrooms, and laboratory/ classrooms for the registered nursing program, practical nursing program, and the radiological technician program. The building also contains offices for faculty and staff, student support areas, and conference rooms. The building is integrated with the campus information technology network system.

A concrete tilt-wall exterior was used for speed and cost effeciency. The panels were cast with liners to create the apperance of fluted masonry in order to match the look of the existing campus buildings.

Mathews provided preconstruction services during the Design Phase that resulted in value engineering savings of approximately $ 500,000.
