Summerfield Crossings Elementary School is located in Riverview, Florida on a 15 acre site. It is composed of a new six building elementary school complex (89,000 sf) and designed for 960 students. Administration, Library and Multi-purpose buildings are one story tilt-wall construction buildings. Classroom buildings are two story tilt-wall construction. Two of the classroom buildings are classified as EHPA structures with double loaded corridors. The campus features a large open air courtyard providing separation between the core administration buildings and the classroom buildings, off site roadway improvements including turn lanes and bike lanes, two campus entrances including staff and bus loop parking and parent / visitor parking with a double stack drive.
