The harbor-walk along the Peace River boundary includes brick pavers, gazebos and an area for riverfront events. The building construction consists of structural steel, concrete tilt walls and a fibertight barrel tile metal roof system. Mechanical systems include a chilled water plant for air conditioning and rollup generator hookup for emergency power.
